It is a paid one-to-one conversation with a counsellor whose background and areas of experience are shown before booking. Sessions focus on a specific education or career decision.

Start with the decision you are making, then read the counsellor’s full profile, credentials and question areas. Choose the person whose first-hand experience is closest to your situation.

The current fee and duration appear on every counsellor card and profile. The amount comes from the booking system and is shown again before secure checkout.

Indian visitors can use supported UPI apps, debit or credit cards and netbanking through the payment gateway. Supported international cards are available for visitors outside India.

On Google Meet. Straight after payment you confirm the email for the invite, and we send a calendar invite with the joining link once a time is fixed. We also take a phone number, but that is for the ProSyllabus team alone — used only if you do not appear at the call. Guides are never given it, and no call happens on anyone’s personal line.

If ProSyllabus does not confirm a slot within the period shown on the booking—currently 12 hours—the payment is automatically refunded to the original payment method.

Yes. Until a slot is confirmed you can cancel for an instant full refund, with no questions asked. Once a time is scheduled the same applies up to the cancellation window shown on your booking. Refunds always go back to the card or UPI you paid with, never to credits.

No. Counselling helps with choices and strategy. It is not subject teaching, a test series, application submission or an ongoing coaching programme.

Yes. Parents can participate when the decision involves school streams, coaching, fees or relocation. Students should join decisions that affect their daily study and future plans.
