Richa is a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Researcher at AAU Energy, Aalborg University, Denmark. She completed her PhD in Inorganic Chemistry at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad (2014–2020), after an MSc (Honours School) in Chemistry at Guru Nanak Dev University. Her experience spans synthetic inorganic chemistry, coordination compounds and advanced materials, including work on energy storage, catalysis and MOFs. Before moving to Denmark, she was an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Guru Nanak Dev University and worked in API process development at Pfizer. She can help students make informed PhD and postdoc decisions, build a credible research application, and understand the work behind a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship application.
