Where other pages get this wrong
"SAS Related Instructions" lives on hrtreasuries.gov.in, not on the Finance Department’s finhry.gov.in.
Commonly published instead: Candidates search the Finance Department site, find the rule books, and miss the page where the exam notices and results actually appear.
The page belongs to the Treasuries & Accounts Department, Haryana, which works under the Finance Department. It is a date-ordered list of circulars and orders about the SAS cadre and the HSAS examination, running to about eight pages. Nearly every document on it is a scanned PDF.

Four things this list tells a candidate
- A 2026 cycle is under way. The notice was issued on 10 July 2026 and applications were amended on 30 July. See our 2026 notification guide.
- Results are corrected, often. Part I results for the 2024 cycle were followed by revisions and corrigenda over six months. Always look for a later order before acting on a result.
- The department runs pre-exam training for Part II — a month-long programme in May-June 2025. Watch for a repeat.
- The two most useful exam documents are old. The 2020 criteria (the question structure of every paper) and the 2021 revision of the exam regulation are still listed and still the reference points.
How to use the page
Practical tips
- The PDFs are scanned images. Search on the page by the listing title and date, not by words inside the documents.
- The newest items are on page 1. Exam-regulation documents from 2020-2021 are further back — use the page numbers at the foot of the list.
- Many items concern individual officers (NOCs, postings). For exam matters, look for titles with "Examination", "result", "corrigendum" or "training".
