APS Certificate India (and dMAT) for German Universities Articles & Updates

The APS certificate is issued by APS India, the Academic Evaluation Centre of the German Embassy in New Delhi, after it verifies the academic documents of Indian applicants to German higher education institutions. It is required for a student visa and by uni-assist and German universities. Documents are submitted by post or courier only, and the certificate is sent as a digital PDF by email. From the summer semester 2027 Master intake, selected applicants whose previous degree is in engineering, commerce, accounting, finance, economics, business or management also submit a certificate from the digital Master Test (dMAT) run by g.a.s.t., unless an exemption applies.
