How to use it

Day 1Pages 1–3 — check your degree row and whether the dMAT applies; list what you still need from your college.
Day 2Page 5 — work out your target courier date; page 4 — register and pay online.
Day 3Page 2 and page 6 — assemble the copies, fill the cover letter, courier, and start the tracker on page 7.

Courier early: APS gives no fixed processing time, and the fee is non-refundable once paid.

What went into these seven pages

Written from the primary documents, not from other people's notes:

  • APS India — leaflet for students with a Bachelor / Master degree, "Valid as of June 2026", and the Checklists, Apply, FAQ, News and dMAT pages.
  • uni-assist — Deadlines & processing time, and the country page for India.

Three things older guides still get wrong

  • The certificate is now one digital PDF by email, not five paper copies — and the PDF must not be renamed or merged.
  • APS India says verification takes at least two weeks and may take longer, with no fixed time for every case. The “within a month” notice dates from 2022.
  • From the summer 2027 intake some master's applicants also need a dMAT certificate — the only required academic document you may supply later on your own initiative; APS may still request more documents.

How do I get it after paying?

Will the kit be updated after I buy it?

Yes. We regularly correct and improve our kits as syllabi, notifications and exam patterns change. Each time you download from this page you get the latest version, at no extra cost — so check back here from time to time, and download it again before your exam.

Can I pay with UPI?

Yes — UPI, cards or netbanking on a secure payment page. If you already have ProSyllabus credits, they are used instead and nothing is charged.

Do I need the dMAT?

Only if you are applying for a master's from the summer semester 2027 intake onward, your previous degree is in engineering, commerce, accounting, finance, economics, business or management, and no exemption applies — for example, you registered or shipped your complete APS application before 29 June 2026, or you are in an officially confirmed exchange, double-degree or partnership programme (APS India dMAT page). Page 3 walks through it by degree.

What if APS takes longer than I planned?

APS India gives no fixed processing time for every case. Check the student portal; APS contacts you if it needs more information or documents. Page 5 plans backwards from your deadline with a margin, and page 6 has a message for a specific problem and an email to your university asking whether the certificate can follow your application.

Can I see it before I buy?

Is this an official APS India document?

No. It is a planning kit compiled by ProSyllabus from APS India's June 2026 leaflet and pages and uni-assist's pages. Always check aps-india.de before you pay or courier.

Does it guarantee my certificate or admission?

No. APS India decides the certificate, universities decide admission and the embassy decides the visa. The kit helps you send a complete file on time.

Does it cover applying for a bachelor's after Class XII?

No — that is a separate APS procedure with its own leaflet. This kit is for graduates applying for a master's.

Can I get a refund?

The kit is delivered the moment you pay, so it is not returnable — which is why page 1 is free to read first. If something in it is wrong or the file does not open, tell us and we will put it right. Full terms: prosyllabus.com/refund-policy.
