Medborgarskapsprov mock tests: two practice tests in Swedish, every answer explained
Sweden's citizenship test on Swedish society is in Swedish, with four options and one correct answer. Our two mock tests use the same format: Provprov 1 has 40 questions, Provprov 2 has 37. You take them in the full test player, with a question list, mark for review and a clock, and when you submit you see your score by chapter of Sverige i fokus and the reason for every answer, with the page of the guide where it appears. On the August 2026 test the limit for a pass was 28 of 40 points (UHR, 22 October 2026). It may change for the next test. A practice score is a guide, not a prediction of your result.

What is in each test
- Provprov 1: 40 questions, all 13 chapters of Sverige i fokus, spread roughly by the length of each chapter. None of its questions is on a free page of ours today.
- Provprov 2: 37 questions, the rest of the bank. 24 of them are also free on our pages: the 12 questions of the free quiz on the exam page and 12 questions shown on our guides. We say so rather than count them as new.
- The clock: 60 minutes for Provprov 1 and 56 for Provprov 2. It is our clock: UHR has not announced the test time or the number of questions for the next test.
- The answers: every answer comes with the reason and the page of Sverige i fokus, mostly with the guide's own sentence. Explanations are in English; the questions are in Swedish, as on the real test.

Before you buy
What do I get?
Two mock tests in Swedish, 40 and 37 questions, 77 different questions in all, covering the 13 chapters of Sverige i fokus. Each test runs in the full test player with a clock. When you submit, you see your score, your score by chapter, and the reason for every answer with its page in the guide. Retake either test as often as you like.
Are these real questions from medborgarskapsprovet?
No. Every question is our own, written from UHR's study guide Sverige i fokus (corrected version of 10 August 2026); its introduction says the test will be based on it. UHR does not publish past papers, and the questions of the August 2026 test are covered by test secrecy. UHR publishes five example questions on its own site; they are worth trying too.
How were the answers checked?
Each question was checked against the page of Sverige i fokus it cites when it was first written, and then answered again, independently and without the key, before release. A question went in only when those answers matched ours and nobody raised an objection to it.
Will my score tell me if I pass?
No. On the August 2026 test the limit for a pass was 28 of 40 points, set after the test. UHR has not announced the limit, the number of questions or the time for the next test, planned for April–May 2027. Use your score by chapter to decide what to read again.
Is it official?
No. This is independent practice by ProSyllabus, not produced or checked by UHR. UHR says it does not stand behind practice tests made by other people or companies.
How do I pay and get access?
One payment by card (or PayPal where offered), handled by our payment provider; no subscription. In Sweden the price is charged in kronor; in other countries in your own currency where we support it, otherwise in Indian rupees with the local figure shown as an estimate.
