What went into these seven pages
Written from the primary documents, not from other people's notes:
- Sverige i fokus, UHR's study material for the test, 1st edition, with the two corrections of 10 August 2026 (UN founded 1945; about 1,400 churches of medieval origin).
- UHR's pages on medborgarskapsprovet, förordning (2026:451) om medborgarskapsprov, and Migrationsverket's page on the knowledge requirement, read 12 October 2026.
No past paper has been published: the August 2026 sitting was a trial test. The kit therefore follows the official guide and does not claim to know which questions come up.
Questions
Is it only for the last week before the exam?
No. It is a cheatsheet of the important points, formulas and facts. Keep it on your phone and use it all through your preparation: before a mock, when a topic slips, and for one full read in the final days.
How do I get it after paying?
It's yours the moment the payment clears, and you come straight back to this page with Download and Read buttons. It stays in your ProSyllabus account.
Will the kit be updated after I buy it?
Yes. We regularly correct and improve our kits as syllabi, notifications and exam patterns change. Each time you download from this page you get the latest version, at no extra cost — so check back here from time to time, and download it again before your exam.
Can I pay with UPI?
Yes — UPI, cards or netbanking on a secure payment page. If you already have ProSyllabus credits, they are used instead and nothing is charged.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Page 1 is on this page in full, free. It is the same page you would get.
Is it in Swedish?
It is in English, with the Swedish terms from the official guide in brackets and a Swedish–English word list. The test itself is in Swedish only, so read the official guide in Swedish as well.
Does it contain real test questions?
No. No past paper has been published, and the 20 self-test questions are our own. UHR shows five example questions on uhr.se.
When is the next test?
UHR has not announced the date, the number of questions or the test time for the next sitting. The kit says what is fixed and what is not; check uhr.se.
Is this an official UHR document?
No. It is a revision kit compiled by ProSyllabus from UHR's study material. Always check uhr.se and migrationsverket.se.
What does this kit cover?
Seven pages in English: democracy and government, who may vote in which election, the four fundamental laws, courts and police, rights and equality, the five national minorities, religion, history from 1809, the EU and NATO, geography, work, tax and welfare, and the holiday calendar — each fact with the page of the official guide it comes from and the Swedish word used on the paper.
Found a mistake? Report it — if we accept it, we fix the kit for every buyer and thank you by name on this page.
