Don't read it like a textbook. Read → close → recall → repeat.
What went into these eight pages
Written from the primary documents, not from other people's notes:
- No. 7-14/2011-SPN-II dated 22.08.2025 and F.No. DE-12/5/2026-DE-DOP dated 14.08.2026 — the three-paper pattern and the syllabus the kit is laid out by.
- The Post Office Act 2023 and the PoSH Act 2013 in full, and the current savings-scheme, CCS and pension rules.
- Every point checked by two independent AI reviewers (ChatGPT and DeepSeek); points they flagged were rewritten until both passed them.
Scoped to orders issued up to 31 Dec 2025 — the cut-off the exam itself uses.
Questions
Is it only for the last week before the exam?
No. It is a cheatsheet of the important points, formulas and facts. Keep it on your phone and use it all through your preparation: before a mock, when a topic slips, and for one full read in the final days.
How do I get it after paying?
It's yours the moment the payment clears, and you come straight back to this page with Download and Read buttons. It stays in your ProSyllabus account.
Will the kit be updated after I buy it?
Yes. We regularly correct and improve our kits as syllabi, notifications and exam patterns change. Each time you download from this page you get the latest version, at no extra cost — so check back here from time to time, and download it again before your exam.
Can I pay with UPI?
Yes — UPI, cards or netbanking on a secure payment page. If you already have ProSyllabus credits, they are used instead and nothing is charged.
Is this an official DoP document?
No. It is a revision kit compiled by ProSyllabus from the DoP pattern and syllabus letters and the Acts and rules they name. Always check the latest DoP or Circle notice.
Is it built for the current pattern?
Yes — the three-paper pattern (Paper I 250, Paper II 50, Paper III 300) from DoP letter No. 7-14/2011-SPN-II dated 22.08.2025, as carried by the 2026 exam letter F.No. DE-12/5/2026-DE-DOP dated 14.08.2026, scoped to orders issued up to 31 Dec 2025.
Does it include past papers?
No. DoP does not publish IP LDCE question papers, so page 1 ranks the areas by how much of the official syllabus each takes, and says so.
What if it does not help me?
Page 1 is on this page in full, free, before you pay anything. Read it and decide. It is the same page you would get.
What does this kit cover?
Eight pages as a quick course, laid out by the weight the official syllabus gives each area: the schemes, the Post Office Act, the manuals, the service and discipline rules, the Paper II formats, the Constitution and Paper III Acts, pension and finance. Every point was checked by two independent AI reviewers; what they flagged was rewritten until both passed it.
Found a mistake? Report it — if we accept it, we fix the kit for every buyer and thank you by name on this page.
