The GPAT 2026 cycle is complete. NBEMS conducted the computer-based test on March 7, 2026, declared the result on April 7, 2026 and released the final answer key and scorecards from April 15, 2026 on natboard.edu.in. The merit list carries application ID, roll number, score, rank and qualifying status.

M.Pharm admission using GPAT 2026 scores runs roughly through July and August 2026. There is no single centralised GPAT counselling: state authorities and individual institutes run their own processes, and candidates must apply separately to colleges with their scorecard. Over 800 AICTE-approved institutes accept GPAT scores.

GPAT-qualified candidates admitted to a full-time M.Pharm programme at an AICTE-approved institute can claim the AICTE PG Scholarship of Rs 12,400 per month for up to 24 months. The scorecard is mandatory for the claim, so keep the April 2026 download safe.

For GPAT 2027, NBEMS has not yet released a notification. Based on the 2026 pattern, where the bulletin appeared on December 22, 2025 and registration ran from December 23, 2025 to January 12, 2026, the next information bulletin is expected around December 2026, with the exam expected in early 2027.

GPAT remains a three-hour computer-based test of 125 multiple-choice questions for 500 marks, with four marks per correct answer and one mark deducted per wrong answer, covering Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
