NTA conducted AIAPGET 2026 as a computer-based test on 22 August 2026 across 200 centres nationwide, with 35,837 of 36,979 registered candidates appearing, for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy postgraduate seats for the 2026-27 session.

A power failure at the Shri Satya Sai PG College centre in Jaipur stopped 49 of 192 candidates from completing their AIAPGET 2026 paper. NTA issued a show-cause notice to the conducting agency, Eduquity Career Technologies, and suspended its empanelment with immediate effect.

NTA has scheduled an AIAPGET 2026 re-exam for the affected Jaipur candidates on 1 September 2026 at Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women; admit cards for the re-test are issued through exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget.

The AIAPGET 2026 provisional answer key was released in mid-July for challenges; with the exam now held on 22 August, the final answer key and result for Ayush postgraduate admissions are expected in the following weeks, pending NTA's official announcement.

Registration for AIAPGET 2026 opened on 10 July 2026 and closes on 30 July 2026 (up to 9:00 PM), with the application correction window scheduled for 1 to 2 August 2026. Applications are submitted only on the NTA AIAPGET portal for PG admissions in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy.

The National Testing Agency will conduct AIAPGET 2026 on 22 August 2026 (Saturday) for the Ministry of Ayush. The computer-based paper carries 120 multiple-choice questions for 480 marks in two hours, with plus four for a correct answer and minus one for a wrong one, across roughly 122 exam cities.

AIAPGET 2026 admit cards are expected in the last week of July 2026 and will be downloadable from the NTA AIAPGET site using registration number and password. An advance city-intimation slip is normally issued a few days before the admit card, so keep login credentials safe.

Counselling for AIAPGET 2026 qualifiers will be run by the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee at aaccc.gov.in. The AACCC schedule for 2026 has not been announced yet; based on past cycles it is tentatively expected around late September 2026, with registration, choice filling and seat allotment rounds.
