Bank Promotion Examination (Scale I to Scale II) Syllabus

In-cadre promotion test through which a serving bank officer in Scale I moves to Scale II as Manager, run by each public sector bank under its own promotion policy. The paper moves past general banking into credit appraisal, working capital and term lending, NPA management and recovery, balance sheet analysis, risk management and banking regulation.
