Inventor Rao publicly demonstrates her new valve at a trade show on 1 March 2025. On 1 June 2025 an unrelated engineer independently publishes an article describing the same valve. Rao files a US nonprovisional application on 15 February 2026, claiming the valve. Under 35 U.S.C. 102 as amended by the AIA, which disclosure(s) are prior art to Rao’s claim?

Before you buy
Can I take the exam from India?
Not if you are a non-US citizen living outside the United States. The USPTO's General Requirements Bulletin says the registration examination is not administered to aliens who do not reside in the United States. US citizens anywhere, US permanent residents, and some non-citizens living in the US with qualifying work authorisation may apply. Read the residence rule before you buy.
What do I get?
3 full mocks of 100 questions. Each session of 50 can be practised question by question, with the explanation after every answer, or sat as a timed 180-minute run that gives your score by subject. Every explanation names the MPEP section, rule or statute, and the MPEP search beside the questions lets you practise finding it.
How close is it to the real exam?
The USPTO says the computer-delivered exam has 100 multiple-choice questions, 90 of them scored, and a pass needs 63 of the 90 (70%). The General Requirements Bulletin sets 50 questions in a three-hour morning session and 50 in a three-hour afternoon session, five choices each. Our mocks follow that shape but score all 100 questions, so treat 70 or more as a fair target rather than a pass.
Which law and MPEP revision?
MPEP Ninth Edition, Revision 01.2024, the revision on the USPTO source-materials list (last updated 29 May 2026) and tested since September 2025, with the current America Invents Act rules. No question uses pre-AIA law as current law.
Are these real USPTO questions?
No. Every question is original. Real exam questions are under a non-disclosure agreement that every candidate signs.
How were the answers checked?
Every question was answered independently, without the key, before release, and went in only when those answers matched ours and no defect was named. The explanation and the section it cites were then checked against the MPEP text.
How do I pay and get access?
One payment by card. In the US it is charged in US dollars; elsewhere in your own currency where we support it, or in Indian rupees. Access opens on this device straight after payment. Sign in afterwards to keep it on your account. Purchase policy.
