The format, from the decree
- 60 questions with five options and one correct answer (art. 2(2)).
- 4 reading skills and knowledge from studies, 5 logical reasoning and problems, 23 biology, 15 chemistry, 13 physics and mathematics (art. 2(2)).
- 100 minutes (art. 2(4)).
- +1.5 right, -0.4 wrong, 0 blank, 90 points at most (art. 3(4)). EU candidates need at least 20 points to be ranked (art. 3(2)); non-EU candidates residing abroad need more than 0 (art. 3(3)).

Is this the real IMAT format?
Yes, as DM 1005/2026 sets it: 60 questions with five options and one correct answer; 4 reading skills and knowledge from studies, 5 logical reasoning and problems, 23 biology, 15 chemistry and 13 physics and mathematics; 100 minutes; +1.5 for a right answer, -0.4 for a wrong one and 0 for a blank, 90 points at most.
Are these real IMAT questions?
No. They are our own questions, written to the official syllabus (Allegato A of the decree). Every question and its explanation was checked independently twice before it went into a mock. We do not sell past papers.
How does the gap report work?
Count right, wrong and blank for each section from your 2026 answer sheet, which Universitaly shows you with your score, and type them in. You see the points you lost in each section, and how many more right answers would reach a target: your own, or a university’s 2025 figure for non-EU candidates residing abroad, shown with its source. The diagnosis is free; the section targets, the plan and the guessing rule come with the pack.
Will this predict my score or my rank in 2027?
No. A mock score shows where you lose points. It is not a forecast of a score, a rank or a place, and last year’s figures are not this year’s cut-offs.
How do I pay and get access?
