LNIPE posted a notice regarding the B.P.Ed. merit list and result for the 2026-27 session on July 31, 2026, the most recent admission-cycle update on the institute's official site as of late August 2026.

A revised schedule for M.P.Ed. counselling 2026 was issued on July 16, 2026, the same day LNIPE also released a revised list of provisionally selected candidates for its PGDSC (Wrestling) diploma course.

M.P.Ed. counselling registration for the 2026-27 session opened on July 14, 2026 via the state portal lnipe.mponline.gov.in, following an entrance test schedule released June 30 for PGDSC, PGDFM, PGDSSC, DSC, MSM and the M.A. (Sports Journalism) programmes.

LNIPE published the entrance test schedule on June 30, 2026 for admission to its PGDSC, PGDFM, PGDSSC, DSC, MSM and M.A. (Sports Journalism) programmes. Applications for the non-CUET courses, including DSC, PGDFM, PGDSC, PGDSSC, Diploma in Naturopathy, MSM and MSS, closed on June 30, 2026.

The M.P.Ed. sports skill proficiency test schedule for the LNIPE Gwalior centre was released on June 30, 2026, together with an on-spot registration notice for M.P.Ed. An on-spot registration notice for B.P.Ed. had already been issued on June 22, 2026.

Application deadlines for the CUET-linked courses were June 18, 2026 for B.P.Ed. and June 24, 2026 for M.P.Ed. Only candidates who submitted the online form through the institute admission portal by the cut-off may report for the physical fitness and sports skill proficiency test.

LNIPE also released its academic calendar for the 2026-27 session on June 20, 2026, along with the registration and fee submission notice for the odd semester. Candidates reporting for the fitness test are asked to be at the Multipurpose Hall, LNIPE Gwalior, by 6.00 am.
