Stockholm University says TISUS is not linked to CEFR, so the kit gives no CEFR level. It also says the test is now harder than when the sample tests were made.
Questions
Is it only for the last week before the exam?
No. It is a cheatsheet of the important points, formulas and facts. Keep it on your phone and use it all through your preparation: before a mock, when a topic slips, and for one full read in the final days.

Is TISUS B2 or C1?
Stockholm University says TISUS is not linked to CEFR. It corresponds to Svenska 3 / Svenska som andraspråk 3.
Does it include full mock tests?
No. It is a seven-page revision kit. It points you to the free official sample tests and teaches you how to work through each part.
Is this an official document?
No. It is compiled by ProSyllabus from Stockholm University's and antagning.se's pages.
What does this kit cover?
TISUS is pass or fail in each of its three parts, and you need all three.
