What went into these seven pages
Written from the primary documents, not from other people's notes:
- University fee pages and student guides for 2026/27 (Sapienza, Tor Vergata, Bologna, Padova, Pavia, Milano Statale, Torino, Federico II, Bari, Catania, Politecnica delle Marche, Parma, Genova).
- Regional DSU calls 2026/27: DiSCo Lazio, ADiSURC, ADISU Puglia, ERSU Palermo, Catania and Messina, ERDIS Marche, ER.GO, Padova, Milano Statale, EDiSU Pavia, EDISU Piemonte, ALiSEO, DSU Toscana.
- MUR DM 176 of 24 February 2026 (particularly poor countries) and the MUR circular for international students 2026/27.
- Italian Embassy New Delhi, Consulate Mumbai, Embassy Islamabad, Consulate Karachi, Embassy Ankara; the HCCH apostille status table.
- Polizia di Stato, Poste Italiane and Portale Immigrazione on the residence permit.
Deadlines and fees change every year, and several 2026/27 windows have already closed; the kit prints each date with its own source so you can tell. It is not legal advice: your university, your DSU body and the Questura decide.
Questions
How do I get it after paying?
It's yours the moment the payment clears, and you come straight back to this page with Download and Read buttons. It stays in your ProSyllabus account.
Will the kit be updated after I buy it?
Yes. We regularly correct and improve our kits as syllabi, notifications and exam patterns change. Each time you download from this page you get the latest version, at no extra cost — so check back here from time to time, and download it again before your exam.
Can I pay with UPI?
Yes — UPI, cards or netbanking on a secure payment page. If you already have ProSyllabus credits, they are used instead and nothing is charged.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Page 1 is on this page in full, free. It is the same page you would get.
Do I need an ISEE parificato?
It depends on your university. In 2026/27 Sapienza, Milano Statale, Torino and Catania charge students with family income abroad a fixed contribution, Federico II exempts non-EU citizens from it, Bologna and Pavia assess your documents themselves, and Tor Vergata, Bari and Politecnica delle Marche use a CAF certificate; at Padova fee reductions are for EU citizens only. Page 2 gives the route for 13 universities.
Is it only for IMAT students?
No. It is for any non-EU student at an Italian university. IMAT students will find the Medicine-specific notes on pages 1 and 5.
Can I still get a DSU scholarship for 2026/27?
The main application windows have closed. Students who applied on time still have document deadlines in several regions (for example 10 December 2026 in Lazio and 31 March 2027 in Campania); page 5 lists each one with its source.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a planning aid compiled from official pages. Your university, your scholarship body and the Questura decide every case.
What does this kit cover?
Most big universities do not use an ISEE parificato for tuition: some charge students with income abroad a fixed fee by country, some calculate the figure themselves, and only some ask for a CAF certificate. The kit gives the route, the deadline, the late fee and the income year for 13 universities, the family documents and legalisation steps for India, Pakistan and Türkiye, every regional scholarship call with what is still open, and the residence permit with its four cost items. Every fact links to the official page it comes from.
